These terms govern your use of cometbeacon.com and any consulting services provided by CometBeacon. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
CometBeacon provides software consulting, full-stack development, AI integration, and technical leadership services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in individual project agreements between CometBeacon and the client.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of work product created specifically for the client transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. CometBeacon retains all rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, methodologies, and general knowledge, including the right to use these in future engagements.
Limitation of Liability
CometBeacon's consulting services are provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
